All sales are final for music downloads. I would like to do everything possible to satisfy a client. However, a return for a purchased download is not possible as it can be immediately duplicated. Surely, this is a reasonable policy. If there are any discrepancies with music downloads and I am at fault, we can handle each situation case by case.
