He is a master of at least three disciplines; composing, conducting and playing. I’ve always been jealous of Rachmaninoff, I’ve always wanted to be able to do all of this effortlessly. My dream, if I have one, is to be able to finish a quarter of a symphony while I wait for my dinner to finish.
