What if Chopin Hated Black People

Harold D. Shores III Piano Concerto No. 1

But Why Tho??

I ask myself this question and I do so for a reason. I wonder if more black people would listen to classical music if it turned out the people like Beethoven and Mozart were actually black. Why do I ask this question to myself?? Well, I think it’s because I’m jealous of those dead man and how people still play the music so many years later.

Are used to have a very valid point about this question but I can’t quite remember it at the moment. I think I’ll have to update this article later on. But I am an individual who fearlessly stands up for human rights especially for black people. Our civil rights struggle is one that started years ago and has not ended. It has simply evolved into what we know as the black lives matter movement. But within the movement began to ask myself if I would continue to listen to so bad ass music if I found out that he hated black people and that he was racist.

This really is a difficult question for me to answer. The problem exists because first, I love shall pass work I can listen to a lot of his work every day. The same scenario applies to all of the other dead white composers that I listen to on a daily basis. I love the music, but would I stop listening to them if I found out that they hated black people. Well I could stop listening to the music but that does not mean that I would no longer love itThis really is a difficult question for me to answer. What do you think??

Would it make a difference if you found out about Beethoven was not white in it he was actually a black man. Would it make a difference to you if you found out that Mozart was white but he got all of his ideas from someone else. Does it make a difference for you if you’re a white person?? Does it make a difference for you if you’re a black person??
