Better Call Saul Season 4 Episode 9.
This is my first entry about Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad. This entire series has me addicted. I have so much to say about all of them that I’ve decided to do individual articles for each episode. I watched Breaking Bad first but I’ll just have to compose my review is reverse order.

Jimmy is a Hustler
The entire cast is absolutely believable. This is not always the case with actors who aren’t already A-listers. Jimmy has a way of rubbing off on people. It seems to take no time for a person to become a hustler after spending enough time with Jimmy. In this episode, I begin to realize how Kim is learning to stretch her tight boundaries. She is tough, she is firm and she seems to stick to the rules. However, she’s been met with situations that have challenged her in a way that would require her to admit defeat. But, she has showed a willingness to play one dirty card. Then another. Then another.

Assault on an Officer
Kim Wexler is a straight arrow. She shows us in earlier episodes that she is not willing to get involved with Jimmy’s illegal or near illegal shit. Suddenly, we see that when she gets emotionally bothered she may be willing to give in. I think this is the overarching theme for this entire series, the boundary between doing the right thing and doing dirt. This series shows us that people can give in to the opportunity to take the short route. It seems so minute and obsolete until those choices begin to add up. After a while, it’s too late to turn back, they’re in too deep. And when this happens, it’s all their fault.

Wiedersehen
The engineers on the demolition squad are a source of absolute stress. How are they going to finish this job?? I fully expect someone to get killed. How can they kill one and then let the rest of them go back home?? This is really risky.
